How The Session Works
01

Where you are and what you want

We open with context. Your situation, your goals, and what you have already tried.

This is not small talk. In the first 10 minutes we go straight to the core — what your life looks like right now, what you want it to look like, and the gap between the two.

Most people have never had someone ask them these questions clearly and listen without judgement. That alone creates movement.

We also look at what you have already tried — because the pattern of what hasn’t worked tells us a lot about what is actually going on underneath.

02

The real block identified

We go beneath the surface problem to find the identity or belief pattern that is actually keeping you stuck.

Most people come in thinking their problem is a habit, a lack of discipline, or a specific situation. Usually it is not. The real block is almost always at the level of identity or belief — who they think they are, what they believe is possible, or a pattern that made sense once and now limits everything.

In these 20 minutes we find that. One clear insight. Not a lecture — a real moment of seeing something you have not been able to see before.

You leave this part of the session understanding your situation differently than when you arrived.

03

What comes next

We close with an honest picture of what it would actually take to change — and a clear personal next step.

This is not a sales pitch. It is an honest conversation about what lasting change requires in your specific situation.

If the work we do together makes sense as a next step, I will say so clearly and explain why. If something else would serve you better, I will say that too.

You leave knowing exactly where you stand, what the real work looks like, and what to do next — whether that is with me or not.
