Breakthrough Session
Deep dive into one pattern
We identify one specific identity or mindset pattern — where it came from and how it is limiting you now.
You arrive having completed a short pre-work questionnaire. This means we skip the surface and go straight to what matters. No warming up. No small talk. We begin where the real work is.
In the first 15 minutes we identify one specific pattern — an identity block, a limiting belief, or a recurring behaviour — and trace it to its root. Where it came from. Why it made sense once. Why it no longer serves you.
This part alone is worth the session for most people. Seeing the pattern clearly changes the relationship with it.
Build your plan together
We co-create a concrete habit or daily ritual specifically designed for who you want to become.
This is not a generic action plan. It is built specifically for your life, your schedule, your patterns, and the identity you are moving toward.
We design one concrete daily habit or ritual — with a specific time, a specific trigger, and a specific action. Something you can start tomorrow. Not a vague intention. A real change.
We also reframe the limiting belief we identified in step one — turning it into something that serves where you are going rather than where you have been.
Anchor and follow through
We close with clear next steps, a written plan sent after, and a voice note check-in within 7 days.
Most coaching sessions end when the call ends. This one does not.
After the session you receive a written action plan — what we worked on, the reframes we built, and exactly what to focus on. You also receive 3-5 custom mindset shifts written specifically for your situation.
Within 7 days I send a personal voice note check-in to see how the first week is going and adjust anything that needs adjusting. The work continues after the call ends.
