Diagnosis and inner work

We uncover the identity patterns, core beliefs, and habits that have been running your life — often without you knowing it.

Before we even begin, you complete a personal clarity audit. By the time we have our first session, I already understand your situation, your patterns, and where the real work needs to happen. We do not waste the first session on introductions.

In weeks one to four we go deep. We identify the identity you have been operating from — the version of you that was built to survive a previous version of your life — and we begin to understand why it is limiting you now.

This phase is not about action. It is about seeing clearly. Because you cannot change what you cannot see. And most people have never had someone help them see this clearly before.

Weeks 5 — 8 02

New identity and habit architecture

We build the habits, routines, and mindset that belong to the person you are becoming — not the person you have been.

This is where the work becomes concrete. Using what we uncovered in phase one, we design a daily structure that is built around your desired identity — not generic productivity advice, but habits that make sense for who you specifically want to become.

We reframe the limiting beliefs we identified. We build new daily rituals with specific times, triggers, and actions. We create a mindset architecture that supports the change rather than resisting it.

Throughout this phase you have unlimited reach-out — if something hits, if you slip, if something shifts, you message me and I respond within 24 hours. You are never left alone with the hard moments.

Weeks 9 — 12 03

Integration and sustainability

We make the change stick. Close the loops. Build the foundation that keeps working after the 90 days end.

Change is not real until it holds without effort. In the final phase we test the work — deliberately exposing the new identity and habits to the situations that used to trigger the old patterns — and we adjust anything that needs adjusting.

We close the program with a clarity document — a complete record of where you started, what shifted, what you understand now, and who you are becoming. Something concrete to carry forward.

One month after the program ends, we speak again. A 30-day follow-up call. No agenda. Just an honest check on how the work is holding. If something has slipped, we reset it together. The relationship does not end when the program does.
